Pre-Qualification for CUPCCAA Projects and AB2031 Projects

As of January 1, 2014, to comply with California Assembly Bill AB 2031, Inglewood Unified School District requires General Contractors and Subcontractors to be prequalified on all Bond Construction Contracts.

To become prequalified, applications must be submitted to PQBids is an easy to use web-based application that streamlines the new Department of Industrial Relations pre-qualification process. Please follow the simple instructions below:

Community Outreach Services
The District is seeking the professional services of a qualified firm to conduct the "Services" outlined in Section VI.  The overall objective of this Request for Proposal ("RFP") is to permit interested Firms the opportunity to submit their relevant school district and/or public entity experience relative to community outreach campaigns, client references and proposed schedule of charges for consideration.  Firms are invited to submit proposals electronically.  The proposal shall be made in the format provided in Section VII below.  The complete proposal, together with and all additional materials, shall be emailed to: and by no later than 3:30 p.m. May 6, 2020.

There will be a mandatory Pre-Bid Conference at Morningside High School (MHS) located at 10500 Yukon Ave. Inglewood, CA  90303 on February 4, 2020, at 1:00 p.m.  Any Contractor bidding on the Project who fails to attend the entire mandatory job walk and conference will be deemed a non-responsive bidder and will have its bid returned unopened. 

Re-Roof Scope of Work - Morningside HS: Buildings A, C, E, F, and R.Provide all labor, equipment, and miscellaneous materials to install District purchased and furnished roofing materials over the properly prepared subsrate.*All products listed in 2.01, D will be furnished by the District.  All products listed in 2.01, D will be manufactured by The Garland Company and purchased by Inglewood Unified School District.Project is Estimated at $550,000
