Important Message
If a change of address is needed, requests must be submitted to Human Resources via the District online Employee Change Request Form. The HR Office cannot process requests received via email and we kindly direct all employees to complete the form by clicking the link. Once you submit your change request, a Human Resources Staff Member will contact you to verify your changes via telephone. There will be no changes without the completed form and telephone verification.
