Important Message

Due to the precautions surrounding COVID-19, Inglewood Unified School District is closing school sites until the end of the school year. The Inglewood Unified Business Services division will work a flexible schedule and will work remotely. Employees who usually receive a payroll paper check on payday will receive their paycheck in the mail. If you have a direct deposit, your direct deposit will happen as usual and your stub will be mailed. Please take a look at your last pay stub to ensure your address is correct.

If a change of address is needed, requests must be submitted to Human Resources via the District online Employee Change Request Form The HR Office cannot process requests received via email and we kindly direct all employees to complete the form by clicking the link.  Once you submit your change request, a Human Resources Staff Member will contact you to verify your changes via telephone.  There will be no changes without the completed form and telephone verification.

The District’s voluntary 403(b) Tax Shelter Annuity (TSA) plan, is a tax deferred, defined contribution retirement plan that operates under section 403(b) of the Internal Revenue Code. Your contributions to the plan are made through payroll reductions.  The payroll system reduces your pay by the amount of your contributions before it applies Federal and State Income taxes to your check.  The District's approved Third Party Administrator (TPA) is Orange County Teachers Federal Credit Union (OCTFCU), now known as Schools First Federal Credit Union, for the District’s 403(b) TSA Plan.  If you would like to start, stop, or make changes to an existing 403(b) Plan please contact Schools First Federal Credit Union.
