STATEMENT OF WORK

IUSD is committed to acquiring strategic partners throughout the Inglewood Unified School District (IUSD) service area who are committed to helping local youth develop into responsible, educated and employable adults in collaboration with families and local communities. Service providers interested in partnering with IUSD to achieve this goal will be responsible for planning, implementing and administering safe and effective STRUCTURED SPORTS PROGRAMS FOR ELEMENTARY AND LUNCH FOR ELEMENTARY AND K-8 SCHOOLS at TWELVE IUSD school sites from October 6, 2022 to June 9, 2023 with the possibility of another year and evaluation for 23-24 fiscal year.

STATEMENT OF WORK

The Inglewood Unified School District (IUSD) seeks proposals from firms, community-based organizations, and other qualified entities to provide TUTORING SERVICES FOR STUDENTS IN GRADES TK-12 the Supplemental and Concentration funds for 16 schools and as delineated in the Statement of Work (SOW) for tutoring services throughout the district. Contract amount ranges from 1,225,000 to 1,825,000 per year.

 

The intent of this comprehensive RFP is to create a pool of Tutoring Services providers for Students in Grades Tk-12 whose eligibility for contract award will remain valid for 20 months (10 months’/school year). commencing on October 06, 2022. The District will review responses to this RFP, and in its sole and absolute discretion, make choice providers for specific schools wishing to: Establish new After-School Programs and/or Re-apply for continuation of existing Tutoring Services for Students in Grades TK-12 that will expire on June 6, 2024.

INFORMATION

 

The Inglewood Unified School District (IUSD) seeks proposals from firms, community based organizations, and other qualified entities to provide After-School Programs through the Afterschool Education and Safety (ASES) grant for (5) TK – 8th, (2) TK – 6th, (2) P – 8th, (1) 7th – 8th middle schools as delineated in the Statement of Work (SOW) in the After-School Programs throughout the District. Contracted amount should not exceed $10.18 per maximum allotted students per the grant amount.

 

The intent of this comprehensive RFP is to create a pool of after-school providers whose eligibility for contract award will remain valid for (2) years subject to yearly renewal commencing on August 1, 2022. The District will review responses to this RFP, and in its sole and absolute discretion, make choices for (2) service providers for specific schools wishing to:

Establish new After-School Programs and/or Re-apply for continuation of existing After-School Programs that will expire on June 6, 2024.

 

It is recommended that existing contractors submit their proposals in response to this solicitation. The District reserves the right to issue new RFPs for After-School Programs in the future. The District reserves the right to issue addenda to this RFP, for among other reasons; to meet funder, state or federal requirements not covered herein, as those requirements may be added or confirmed by those government agencies.

Proposers responding to this RFP: You are requested to submit a proposal to furnish all of the labor, materials, and other related items required for the performance of a contract resulting from RFP No: 001/2022-23 on a negotiated contract amount.

All firms selected via this RFP process must have a California Department of Justice Originating Agency Number (ORI). Firms not already registered with an ORI number, and selected via this RFP, may have a delay in the contract award until such time as the ORI number is received.

Notice is hereby given that the Inglewood Unified School (“District”), acting by and through its Food Services Department, will receive up to, but not later than 11:00 am, Wednesday, June 15, 2022, sealed Proposals for Fresh Produce (“Proposals”) from qualified Distributors, as per specifications contained in RFP # P20.22-23.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING OF THE Inglewood Unified SCHOOL DISTRICT APPROVING TO INCREASE STATUTORY SCHOOL FACILITY FEES IMPOSED ON NEW RESIDENTIAL AND COMMERCIAL/INDUSTRIAL CONSTRUCTION PURSUANT TO EDUCATION CODE SECTION 17620 AND GOVERNMENT CODE SECTION 65995

 

 

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Education ("Board") of the Inglewood Unified School District ("School District") will hold a Public Hearing at its Regular Meeting to be held on 5/25/2022 to allow for public comment prior to consideration of its report titled "Residential and Commercial/Industrial Development School Fee Justification Study for Inglewood Unified School District" and ("Fee Study"), and consider adopting a resolution of the Board of the School District to increase Statutory School Facility Fees Imposed on New Residential and Commercial/Industrial Construction Pursuant to Education Code Section 17620 and Government Code Section 65995.  The Fee Study justifying such increases, which are incorporated herein by this reference, are on file at the School District’s offices located at 401 South Inglewood Avenue, Inglewood, CA 90301and are available for public review from 5/12/2022 through 5/19/2022.

 

The Public Hearing of the School District, to be held 5/25/2022 will begin at 5:00 pm or as soon thereafter as practicable, at the Inglewood Unified School District Regular (Virtual) Board Meeting.
