Annual Notifications

The Inglewood Unified School District believes that clear communication with staff is essential to establishing a professional, positive work environment and enhancing their job performance. The District shall provide district employees with all notifications required by law and any other notifications believed to promote staff knowledge of the District's policies, programs, activities, and operations.
When required by law, Board policy, or administrative regulation, District employees shall be asked to complete an acknowledgment indicating receipt of the notification through the ASCIP E-Learn Portal.

The Mandatory Annual Training Plan will be released by Thursday, August 6, 2026. Classified employees are required to complete their Annual Notifications and Mandatory Training according to the schedule below. This will be the only paid time allocated to completing the training during work hours. Employees will report to the designated location on the assigned date at the start of their shift, where they will be required to sign in and out of training. Human Resources staff members will be present to assist employees. All employees must complete the online Annual Notifications and Mandatory Training Modules no later than Friday, September 25, 2026.
The District utilizes ASCIP E-Learn, a Learning Management System (LMS), to deliver Employee Annual Notifications and Mandatory Training. All employees are required to log into the ASCIP E-Learn system to complete their assigned courses by the designated deadline. This platform ensures that all mandatory training is completed in a consistent and trackable manner.
