Request for Proposal - City Honors High School - Library Renovation Project
The Inglewood Unified School District (hereinafter referred to as the “District”), is seeking proposals from qualified furniture dealers to help furnish former library at City Honors High School into a multipurpose room The multipurpose room is for students, parents, and educators that could be used for present & future academic and community events/needs. The estimated cost for the project is $40,000 to $50,000.

Request for Proposal RFP # 25.100 - District-Wide Fleet Vehicles
The Inglewood Unified School District is seeking proposals from qualified dealers to supply new fleet vehicles. The required vehicles include: two (2) Ford Transit Cargo Van XL or comparable Class 2B light-duty cargo van, four (4) Ford F-150 regular cab pickup trucks or comparable model and one (1) Ford F-150 crew cab pickup truck or comparable model. The District may add additional vehicles as needed during the term of the contract, based on operational requirements.
Given the lead time for ordered vehicles, the District is open to purchasing vehicles that are in stock or commercially available, provided they meet the District’s specifications and within the Districts budget to be approved by the Board of Education.
The District reserves the right to award contracts to multiple dealers based on cost, lead time, and available inventory.

Request for Proposal - Warren Lane School - Site Improvements Project
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Inglewood Unified District, acting by and through its governing board (“District”), will receive sealed bids for the Site Improvements at Warren Lane School. Value of contract is estimated at $2,800,000 to $3,500,000.
The project generally consists of the construction of: Removal and replacement of existing asphalt surfaces inclusive of recompacting underlying soil. Request for Proposal - Woodworth-Monroe School - Food Services Expansion Project

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Inglewood Unified District, acting by and through its governing board (“District”), will receive sealed bids for the Food Services Expansion at Woodworth-Monroe. Value of contract is estimated at $100,000 - $140,000
The project generally consists of the construction of: the removal of an existing walk-in freezer and the installation of a new unit. Work includes safely disconnecting and disposing of the current freezer, preparing the site, and installing a new walk-in freezer measuring 16’-6” x 12’x 9’. The new unit will feature 4” foamed-in-place urethane insulation, embossed aluminum interior finishes, and an insulated stainless steel floor rated for pallets. Key components include a 60” x 80” hinged pallet door, six LED light fixtures, and seamless integration with building walls. The refrigeration system will consist of (2) 3 1/2 H.P. low temp. R-448a condensing units with balancing evaporators, pressure controls, timers, sight glass, and dryers, all factory-installed and shipped under pressure. Evaporator coils will feature energy-saving electronic controls, expansion valves, and pump down functionality. Electrical work includes connecting all components from IUSD-provided disconnects and installing a heated, insulated copper drain to the existing system. All work will comply with industry standards, local building codes, and manufacturer specifications, with testing and commissioning performed upon completion to ensure optimal operation. Any deviations from this scope must be approved by the project manager.

Request for Statements of Qualifications - Materials Testing and Laboratory of Record Services
District is authorized by California Government Code section 4525, et seq., to contract with and employ any persons for the furnishing of architecture, landscape architecture, engineering, environmental services, land surveying, and construction management through a fair, competitive selection process, which District is utilizing. District is also authorized by California Government Code section 53060 to contract with any persons, without any specific procurement process for the furnishing of special services and advice in financial, economic, accounting, engineering, legal or administrative matters, if those persons are specially trained and experienced and competent to perform the special services required.
This request is not a formal request for bids or an offer by District to contract with any Firm responding to this Request for Statement of Qualifications (“RFQ”). District intends to choose one or more Firms that respond to this RFQ to include in its pool of qualified Firms, based on qualifications and demonstrated competence in providing the services indicated herein. Inclusion in this pool and award of a contract will be subject to District’s County Administrator’s approval. All Firms that are currently or in the past have been in District’s independent consultant pool MUST still respond to this RFQ.
Firms that intend to submit a Response must be appropriately certified, licensed, insured, and can be located anywhere, but it must maintain a staffed office within 40 miles of District.
