EASE | Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
As an active employee of the District, regardless of your eligibility for health benefits, you have access to the EASE program, which is a specialized counseling service. This is offered and paid for by Inglewood USD, endorsed by labor and management, staffed by professional counselors and 100% voluntary and confidential. EASE provides face-to-face counseling, community referrals, and phone consultations. All immediate family members are also covered under this benefit.
