Under the Business Services Division, Procurement Services supports the purchasing initiatives of the district by assisting customers with spend management, sourcing, procure-to-pay, and contract management responsibilities. Public Notice Inglewood Unified School District (USD) is inviting sealed proposals for RFP #26.04 – District-Wide Charter Bus and Additional Student Transportation Services.
The District seeks to contract with one or more qualified contractors to provide supplemental student transportation services, including Home-to-School and Coach/Charter Bus operations. These services will be delivered by privately owned carriers to support student travel needs as they arise.
The District’s goal is to enhance the transportation capacity beyond what its internal resources can provide. Successful contractors will be responsible for supplying appropriate bus equipment—including Wheelchair Buses, 14-passenger Vans, and Coach/Charter Buses—along with licensed drivers who meet all Federal, State, and District requirements.
