Pre-Qualification for CUPCCAA Projects and AB2031 Projects

As of January 1, 2014, to comply with California Assembly Bill AB 2031, Inglewood Unified School District requires General Contractors and Subcontractors to be prequalified on all Bond Construction Contracts.

To become prequalified, applications must be submitted to PQBids.com. PQBids is an easy to use web-based application that streamlines the new Department of Industrial Relations pre-qualification process. Please follow the simple instructions below:

REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) - PROPERTY SALE
11101 SOUTH YUKON AVENUE, INGLEWOOD, CA
 
The Inglewood Unified School District (the “District”) owns approximately 3.0 acres of real property located at 11101 South Yukon Avenue in Inglewood, California (the “Property”). The District is currently seeking proposals from qualified proposers to purchase the entire Property in its AS IS condition.

• Collaborate and align goals with other local municipalities
• Support land use for a positive social impact

Pursuant to the SBE’s conditional waiver approval, once proposals responsive to the RFP have been received, the County Administrator will:
1. Determine which proposal is the most desirable within 30 to 60 days of the public meeting where the proposal was received, and
2. Discuss the reasons for its determination in a public session and include that information in the meeting minutes
