The District is committed to providing resources and opportunities for employees to develop professionally.  Employees may access various online training resources to support them throughout their professional journeys.  School site and department leaders also offer a variety of specialized training for their staff members.  Employees are also encouraged to share their development needs with their supervisors.  The Human Resources Division also welcomes suggestions for additional professional development resources.
 
 
 
Keenan Safe Schools
 
Employees may access online training modules offered through Keenan Safe Schools.  Training modules offer a wide range of learning opportunities related to injury prevention, disaster and emergency preparedness, employment liability, environmental concerns, infectious disease, security, behavior management, and more.  Employees should utilize their Employee ID to log into the portal and follow the user instructions.
 
 
Productivity & Collaboration Tools
The District utilizes various programs to support operations.
 
  • AERIES - Student Information System
  • Airtable - Cloud collaboration tool utilized by District Office, which combines the features of a database and the format of a spreadsheet. Airtable organizes data through six components including bases, tables, views, fields, records, and workspaces. The data is transformed from a spreadsheet into an organized and functional database for efficient task and project management, streamlined intake and workflow, clearly linked relationships, and effective data analytics.
  • Google Workspace - Gmail, Calendar, Meet, Chat, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Forms (Replaced Microsoft Suite)
  • Microsoft Suite - Outlook Mail, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint (No longer supported)
