MUTUAL OF OMAHA | Basic Life/AD&D

Life insurance protects your family or other beneficiaries in the event of your death while you are still actively employed with the company.  Accidental Death and Dismemberment (AD&D) coverage provides an additional benefit to your beneficiary if your death is due to a covered accident or injury.  Inglewood USD pays for Basic Life/AD&D coverage (Flat $50,000) offered through Mutual of Omaha.

  • You may update your beneficiary through the Online Employee Benefits Portal (PlanSource).
