The Frontline Time & Attendance system is designed to simplify, accurately, and efficiently manage daily timekeeping. Instead of paper sign-in sheets, employees now use a secure key card to sign in and out at site kiosks. This system provides real-time monitoring, reduces errors, and ensures accountability across the District. By streamlining the recording of time, we are improving efficiency while providing employees and supervisors with better access to attendance information.
HOW IT WORKS
- Use your assigned key card to sign in at the start of your workday and sign out at the end at your site’s kiosk.
- You also have the option to sign in and out through the Frontline Education Mobile App on your personal device or District computer.
- This option requires you to be logged into a District network.
- Your attendance is recorded in real-time and is available to supervisors for review.
- The system helps ensure accuracy and accountability while reducing paperwork.
| ABSENCE MANAGEMENT |
The District utilizes Frontline Absence Management for employee absence reporting and substitute management. Frontline Absence Management streamlines the process of requesting and managing time off, making it easier and more transparent. Employees are required to report their absences before the start of their normal workday and should refer to their Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) for more specific requirements. Requests automatically route to the appropriate supervisor for review and approval, ensuring consistency with contract provisions and District policies. The system also provides clear records of absences, helping both employees and supervisors track leave more effectively.
